Wynnum Manly Seagulls vs Brisbane Tigers / Norths

 

The BMD Wynnum Manly Seagulls are in for a huge day of football this Saturday 25 February at BMD Kougari Oval. Our McDonalds Academy teams will play their Round 2 matches against Norths Devils, before our BMD Premiership and Hostplus Cup teams play their final trial matches against our local rival, Brisbane Tigers.

There's plenty to be excited about on the day with all Seagulls Academy teams starting with a Round 1 win last week, and our Men and Women looking to finalise their teams ahead of their first match on March 11.

The BMD Kougari Oval in the suburb of Manly West. is the home of the Wynnum-Manly Seagulls, a rugby league club playing in the Queensland Cup

Kougari Oval (commercially known as BMD Kougari Oval) is a rugby league ground located in the Brisbane suburb of Manly West. Home of QLD Cup team Wynnum-Manly Seagulls, the ground features undercover seating, viewing from the Wynnum Manly Leagues Club, a large grass hill at one end and a capacity of around 5,000. The Brisbane Broncos have occasionally played NRL trials at the ground as they are affiliated with the Seagulls, including in 2011 when 8,000 fans packed in to watch the Broncos v Storm.
